Cherry red, clean, silky with red fruit notes. Aged in oak for 5 months. Perfect with cheese, white meat, spicy dishes and grilled fish.

Tarima Organico, 2019, Valencia, D.O. Alicante.       Monastrell

A young, fruity organic wine made from grapes harvested manually. Great with white meat, goats cheese or cold meats.

Faustino VII, 2019, Alava, D.O.Ca. Rioja.       Tempranillo

From the oldest winery in the Canary Islands and one of the 10 oldest in Spain with vines grown on volcanic soil. An elegant fruity, light wine with touches of raspberry, redcurrant and floral notes. Great with cheese and spicy dishes.

Txomin Etxaniz Rosado, 2019, D.O. Getariako-Txakolina.       Hondarribi Beltza/Zuri

The creation of the D.O. of this region in 1989 was largely led by this winery. A light, fragrant, easy to drink and fresh rose, perfect with white meat or as an aperitif.

A lively, balanced and pleasant Rose. Fragrant and fruity with aromas of fresh red fruit. Good with cheese or vegetables.

Highly rated vintage, oak aged wine. Full bodied with citrus fruits and fine vanilla. Perfect with chicken, fish and mushrooms, paella or cream cheeses.

An elegant Albarino from a historic winery which has been producing Alberinos since the 18th century. Citrus, aromatic and mineral. Great as an Aperitif or with seafood.

Susana Blanc, 2018, Vi de la Terra, Mallorca.       Prensal y Chardonnay

A newer vineyard formed in 2006 by Majorcan-born Bodega owner. Dry, full and round with juicy grapefruit and tropical notes. Fresh and vivacious on the finish. Vegan wine.
